    If you are an American you need to read The Grapes of Wrath. The changing economy was ignored, plans for the change ignored; and only means to destroy revolt were considered, McWilliams and his work were also not well received by California growers; they called him an Agricultural Pest Number One. Understand. Bowk that you cannot know.
