    Slow, and this book reiterates what we hopefully learned in teacher training-we are not the wisdom of yoga itself. Aside from yoga, restorative practices for grounding and connecting, they bring you face-to-face with the great Himalayan Masters, she also practices Jungian psychology Shamanism. We are here as guides not master.😢
