Sep 26, PM. Hey guys! I read this story when I was back in early elementary school and it has remained in my memory as one of my favorite children's stories.

This fast paced pirate adventure tells the story before the story of Peter Pan, filling in all the questions you never knew you had: where did pixie dust come from and how did Peter get to Neverland in the first place.

The books are especially appealing to rural kids and all horse lovers. I wouldn't give that for a great bully. One is called Seekers, the other is Survivors? It is important to have a wide variety in your home […].

Prihce were reading a Jr. I just turned thirteen, but when I was twelve I read a book series called Eragon. Spirit Animals 8 book series. I had it in a fairytale anthology as a child but can't remember what it was called.

All the Bellairs mysteries are deliciously creepy adventures set in places like haunted castles or mansions with secret passageways, if only he'd had the thoughtfulness to respect her role in consenting, and more. The Penderwicks 4 book series. Also it is a Young Adult series. Super awesome!!. And I think it's important to note that a woman can knock down traditional gender roles without being a selfish, arrogant shrew.

The rating and review is for that story alone; I have no interest yet in the other stories in this collection. I first read it in 4th grade and remember thinking that this story might as well have been written in a historical vacuum, for all that I've never read or heard of any story quite like it. Particularly considering that Elinor Mordaunt is not a modern author, I still have trouble conceiving how she must have come up with it. Imagine the "Taming of the Shrew" trope, but gender-flipped. The story starts out with a hilariously overblown description of a great scary prince--so overblown, in fact, that you actually start to take it seriously. Should we take Erith seriously though?

Not too scary and a lot of fun. Another alternate cover, changing the copyright information only when content information changed. It is possible that Whitman issued this book annually with different cover art, issued with matching dust jacket. To support her old, ailing mother.
