Hit and Run by R. L. Stine Book Review - Fright Nights & Recommendation Friday

Hit And Run

From the moment Winks took the dead manswallet to learn his name to the disturbing call to cassie saying ,"You cant run". Eddie is quick to say the man is dead. She calls his house, walking to her hou. The corpse stood up on its own - really.

Did they even know his name or did they make that up. He was like a cross between Winks and Scott and completely the opposite to his cousin Eddie. What I learned from this book is, Y rated it did not like it Shelves: young-a.

I hated all of these characters and their inability to even entertain the idea that the guy with the cousin who works at the morgue might be the one fucking with them. She dithers about whether to go check the door or not, and finds an envelope jammed into the porch door. Did they really kill the guy. I think this is realistic fiction because there is a possibility that the things in the book could happen in real life.

They run into Winks, Jesus Christ. And then Winks gets run over by a car that Cassie swears she sees the dead corpse driving!. Ugh, I hate them all. Oh, who is wearing a bright yellow sweater.

This book is just okay. Book in almost Brand New condition! A Bart Simpson t-shirt…. All Rights Reserved.

Eddie Katz: The perpetual victim of literally every practical joker within a hundred mile radius. With an opening sentence like this I thought this was going to be Point Romance. Hir are commenting using your Facebook account? It was awful.

Has a large tear. Following that up, and a number of them were still fantastic reading for someone of any age. This isn't me ragging on young adult and children's novels because I'm oh-so-mature now; I've read and reread a few books for younger readers since joining Goodreads a year ago, this book continues with horror and confusion of what is happening in their lives. Cassie and her friends Eddie, Scott and Winks decided to get some extra practice in before their driving test by taking Eddies family car out for a ride.

I'm glad you reviewed this one. I've been meaning to read it, but now I think I'll pass since I've already read various versions of this exact same story :p. I forgot about Dead End! I read that when I was in high school or junior high and even then knew it was a rip off lol. Nice recap. I never knew dead bodies were so readily accessible in the Stineverse. Looking for an eyeball or a dead body?

Invalid email address. That closing chapter made my stomach churn. Preview - Hit And Run by R. Could he really be alive and out to get revenge. They went out for a drive one night.

How long before Corpse Brandt shows up on the beach. The layout of this book is very standard, and basic. Textbooks may not include supplemental items i. Yes I agree!

And can you imagine if this actually happened in reality. I mean, for how many weeks on end was this cadaver being hauled around town. Did the best friend do it? Poor old Brandt Tinkers.
