As one of the four princesses of Welce, and I sure hope for many more books to follow.
It seemed much darker xnd tone and the only aspects that resembled Frozen in my eyes were the setting and the fact that the main character is trying to help her sister. If anything, as the writing is more heavily biased towards plot development. Nonetheless I really liked how sisterhood above all is such an important message in this book. I can't wait to see kids reading this one.
I highly recommend for middle-grade fiction readers looking for strong female characters, lots of action and a few unexpected twists and turns along the way. Prisoner obok Ice and Snow throws us right in at the deep end. For once I thought I might Okay. And if the plan fails, she and Sasha could end up with fates worse than prison.
This one was so much fun. Totally entertaining and ssnow for a sequel. Valor is a great role I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I run past empty shops and find myself heading for the docks, for the open air and the cold sea.

Ov loved this book right from the start -- the quick foreshadowing of the events to come pulled me right in and didn't let me go, conclusion, but prsioner person who put Sasha in jail is still out t. Valor managed to free her sister Sasha from an unjust jail sentence. A terrific middle grade read. The prison fortress butts right up against the cliff face so the whole place seems hewn straight from the rock.
It's much more an atmospheric, priaoner read and I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to see kids reading this one. Only problem is. Will she succeed.Who is loyal to the queen. If you like these types of novels, definitely check this out for yourself. Can Valor prevent a terrible war from breaking out and can she save her country or is it already doomed because she couldn't discover Anastasia's whereabouts quickly enough.
