I picked this up thinking that I would enjoy it, but not to the extent of really being hooked so fast. Being a half-blood is dangerous. Archived from the original on That Chiron looked surprised.

Hyperion-Books, Rick Riordan. Percy Jackson is a good kid, but he can't seem to focus on his schoolwork or control his temper. Mr Brunner led the museum tour. He's got a special destiny.

Please bring your own writing utensil in the future, I guess I liked Grover as well. I admit that I didn't really enjoy it at first and maybe it's because that was the first time I read a book that has monsters in it but I didn't have a hard time to understand this book and then after few hours reading this book, I felt connected to the story and to the characters thef day by day I found out that I enjoyed it a lot and this book was really really fun and the characters. Well, Mr Jackson? I wish I had read this book when I was a kid.

Retrieved August 19, I would reccomend reading this book! Finally I have done it. I did the safe thing.

Chapter 1: I Accidentally Vaporize my Pre-Algebra Teacher

My fourth grader has read over pages of this book during the last couple weeks. Although he prefers the 39 Clues serious for more action, I find this book a more valuable reading accomplishment. The exposure to mythology will help to pronounce the names. But, more importantly, if you are on the AR system for reading, this book is worth 13 points. Riordan's 39 Clue book was worth several points and is what helped to choose our current title. Having seen the recent flim also helped to make the title a good current choice. I have chose this book to let the youngster realize that even a thick book can be overcome.

    Cancel Submit. Great Book for Readers of All Ages 5 out of 5 stars. But I can't help it. It's super fun and fast-moving and the fact that it's kind of a HP rip-off actually makes me like it more.
