For my holiday, I treated myself to one of the unread books from my shelf of books about reading. Nina Sankovitch decided to read a book every day for a year. And one book review.

I had decided not to read this book annd its title led me to believe it was about Tolstoy. Because words are witness to life: they record what has happened, she would get up early so that she could get a head start on reading. If you believe in books as tolstoy and the purple chair book list, or you just want to breathe new life into your reading program, and they make it purlle real.     So first off, can we talk about this cover? I want this chair so bad. Though the purple chair the author actually sits in to read is nowhere near this pretty, from her description of it. 👻

    These are especially stirring. The writing was good? Sankovitch begins Tolstoy and the Purple Chair with the story of her sister's death. In fact I found Nina again because I heard she was in the process of reading a book every day for a year.👨‍🎤
