    It is accurate to say that Israel is indeed a parliamentary conflicct but it is NOT a secular democracy nor a constitutional democracy. So I will admit, there is a diverse range of bias here, still are. A true Parliamentary Democracy would aim to address this since it will clearly lead to instability. Palestinians now are very much like the Jews we.
