Written together with food writer Cat Black, the book reveals how his love of food started in 60s East End London and has been heavily inspired by his experiences touring the world as a musician. The London-born musician and songwriter has worked in kitchens since the early 90s. The first time I met Graham Garrett he described to me one of his favourite food and travel experiences.     A well worth tour around Southwark with a guide who not only knew her stuff, but seemed to actually enjoy sharing her knowledge with us too!
