The texture in these definitely varies based on which flour blend you use and how you measure your flour. Ooh, I came upon this amazing recipe you have before you. These will be perfect as a rwcipe run treat. After several trial and errors, these would make a great post-run tre.The taste and texture was more like a dry cake than a brownie. Is there no raising agent in the flours. Same with Truvia. I cannot believe they are gluten free.
