Homemade pasta sounds really amazing! Hi Celine, I have not experimented with whole wheat flour but have a few thoughts on it. Making vegan pasta dough is easy. The rest of it frde crumbled and fell apart as I rolled it out or or was too hard and unable to roll out after resting in the fridge.
