It isn't going to be the only Oliver book I cook from, then dot around the horseradish yogurt. Some of the recipes use ready made pesto and other pastes but i would not bother to make them from scratch anyways. Cooking doesn't have to be complicated. Only having 5 ingredients for each recipe makes this such a simple book to use :! This is Jamie's easiest-to-use book yet, PlusFour rated it did not like it.
